TCIL has floated a tender worth ₹356.81 crore for an EPC project involving the construction of 200 RBI residential quarters at Ekta Nagar, Mazagaon (Mumbai). The project encompasses complete residential buildings alongside key supporting infrastructure and common facilities. The chosen contractor will have 33 months to complete the development. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by November 12, 2026.
